Metodo de maduración ósea de las vertebras cervicales, en pacientes del Diplomado de Ortodoncia Interceptiva, UGAMA - 2006

[摘要] Inordertotakeadvantagethemaximumtheltreatmentwithinterceptiveorthodoncywithfunctionalmaxillaryorthopedydevices,itisnecessarytorecognizetheperiodsofaccelerationandbonegrowing,andinthiswaytocorrectskeletondesbalances.Themethodofanalysisofcervicalvertebraesis,atthepresenttime,usedlikeatooltoevaluatethematurationofthepatientingrowing.Theobjetiveofthisstudywastodescribethemethodofbonematurationofcervicalvertebraes,clasificatewithanumericvaluelowborder#39;sconcavitydeepandappliedinpatientsofinterceptiveortodoncytrainedU.G.M.A-2006.Materialsandmethods:47lateralcephalicx-rayswereusedonwhichcontoursofthecervicalvertebraesC2,C3andC4weredrewup,thepointsofeachoneofthemweretheprocedurewastomeasurethedistancebetweenthepoints,todeterminetheformandtheconcavitydeepwithanewmethodtoclasificate,themwasclasificateinastageCVMSofsqueleticmaturation.Conclusions:Thisanalysisallowstoknowthepatient#39;sphaseofgrowingusingjustalateralcephalicx-ray,inordertotakeadvantageofthetipofgrowingtoapplyatherapeuticoneattheidealmoment.
