[摘要] Severalautoresagreeontheuseoftraspalatinoarchandnanceholdingarchasmaximunanchorage,withthemainobjectiveofmaintainingthepositionoffirstuppermolars.Otherauthors,describedmaximumanchoragefinalobjectivewastoreducedunwantedsecondarymomentsandtocreatesecondarymovementsandtocreateunidirectionalmoments.Withrespecttoanchoragecontrolthisisnotonlyanimportantroleinthediagnosisandtreatmentplanningbutalsoindicatesthepossibilitytoreach.TheobjectiveistodeterminethelostofanchorageinpacientswithTranspala-Nance,usingreferencelandmarkssuchasperpendicularofpterymaxillaryfossatofirstuppermolarsinlateralcephalometry,duringretractionofanteriorsegments,canineandfouranteriorsinmass.ThisisadescriptiveandtransversestudyofpatientsosCESObetween1998and2006outof800patientswithuseofTranspala-Nanceasanchorageintheirtreatment.Inmyfindings73%didnotshowlostofanchorage.Outofthestudygroup61.1%werefemales,and22.2%males,withtheoldesbeinga29yearsoldwhorepresenta5.6%.Inconclusion,theuseofTranspala-Nance-archisaneffectiveapplianceasmaximumanchorageincasesofpremolarextraction.
