El espacio retromolar en pacientes mexicanos con terceros molares mandibulares erupcionados e impactados

[摘要] TheTheorycouldbethoughtthatthetreatmentsoforthodonticwithinstructionofextractionwouldfacilitatetheprocessesoferuptionofthethirdmolarsmandible,howeverthereiswhotheyreportthattheextractionsofpremolarwouldonlyacceleratetheeruptionofthethirdmolarswithoutbeingafactortoconsiderintheirretention.Objective:Determininganaverageofthespaceoferuptionofthethirdinferiormolarinpatientswithage,of16yearsto34yearswiththirdmolarinferiorwasbeeruptionandimpactinpanoramicx-raysinordertopredicttheeruptionofthethirdmolarmandible.Methodology,study,descriptive,traverse,universeofstudy,patientIoftheCenterofSuperiorStudiesofOrthodontiaCESO,population800filestheCESO.Sampleof60patientsdividingintwogroups;Group1of30patientswith50thirdmolarsinferioreruptionGroup2of30patientswith50thirdmolarsinclude.Results.Thelackofspacesisoneofthemostimportantfactorsintheincludeofthethirdmolarsmandible.el29.6%thirdmolarsinferioreruptioncorrespondwhitRicketts,25a29mmreferentdidn#39;teruptionwasfound54.3%agreeConclusions:ithavebeendemonstratedthattreatmentsoforthodontia,withoutextractions,theywouldincreasethepossibilityofretentionofthethirdmolarsmandible.itwillbeofgreatutilityfortheclinicalknowwhichitwouldbethemostopportunemomentandbeneficialinordertoindicatetheexodontiasofthirdmolars.
