Biodegradation of Bisphenol a by Chlorella vulgaris and Aeromonas Hydrophilia
[摘要] Inthisstudy,adsorptionofPb(II)ionsbyaquaticmacrophteLemmaminor,PotamogetoncrispusandCharavulgaris.TheeffectsofpH,initialmetalconcentrationonadsorptionweredetermined.TheoptimumadsorptionpHwasdeterminedtobe4forL.minorandP.crispusandpH5forC.vulgaris.Maximumadsorptioncapacitiesofadsorbentsweredeterminedtobe93.4,88.4and64mgg-1forL.minor,P.crispusandC.vulgaris,respectively.AdsorptionefficiencywasobservedintheorderofL.minorP.crispusC.vulgarisforremovalofPb(II)ions.Theadsorptionkineticswerealsofoundtobewell-describedbythepseudosecond-orderandintra-particlediffusionmodels.L.minor,P.crispusandC.vulgarishavedifferentfunctionalgroups,whichincludecarboxyl(-COOH),phosphate(-PO4),amide(-NH2),andhydroxide(-OH)groups.Thesefunctionalgroupsareabletoreactwithheavymetalionsinaqueoussolution.
