SOIL MICROFUNGI OF THE "SOLS DE L'ANSE" IN QUEBEC
[摘要] Thefungalgenerainhabitingthequot;solsdel'Ansequot;wereisolatedusingthesoil-washingtechnique.Thisworkispartofanoverallstudyoftheeffectsofcontrolledwatertablesonthesesoilsandtheircrops.Twenty-onegenerawereisolated.ThedominantfungiwereMortierella,Pseudogymnoascus,Penicillium,Chrysosporium,Cladosporium,Fusarium,andnon-sporingmycelia.ThefrequencyofMortierella,PseudogymnoascusandChrysosporiumwasincreasedbyloweringthewatertable.TheoppositeeffectwasnotedwithCladosporiumandFusarium.SpeciesofPenicilliumandFusariumwereisolatedlessfrequentlyatanincubationtemperatureof10 Cthanat25 C,whereasspeciesofMortierella,PseudogymnoascusandChrysosporiumweremoreabundantatthelowertemperature.
