ACTION OF PROTEOLYTIC ENZYMES ON SOIL ORGANIC MATTER
[摘要] Theaminoacidssetfreebyproteolyticenzymesweredeterminedwithanaminoacidanalyzer.Soilandenzymeblanksweresubtracted.Pronasereleased2to10%oftheasparticacid+asparagine,threonine,serine,glutamicacid+glutamine,glycine,lysineandhistidineinsomefractionsofsoilorganicmatteralongwith15–35%ofthealanine,valine,isoleucine,leucine,tyrosine,phenylalanineandarginine.Therewasnoreleaseofproline,ornithineorammonia.Whenthepronasehydrolysatewastreatedwithleucineamino-peptidase,15%oftheprolinewasreleased,theyieldofglycinewasraisedfrom2to14%andtheamountoftheacidicaminoacidswasalsohigher.Acidhydrolysisofthepronasehydrolysatealsoreleasedmoreaminoacidmaterialbuttheblanksweremuchhigherthanwithleucineaminopeptidase.Theresultssuggestedthatmorethanhalfoftheasparticandglutamicacidsfoundonacidhydrolysiswerepresentinthesoilorganicmatterfractionsasasparagineandglutamine.Theactionofpr...
