A Critical Review of Conventional and Emergency Domestic Sewage Treatment Technology

[摘要] As an important part of environmental protection, domestic sewage treatment is inseparable from our daily life. With the increasing public attention to it, domestic sewage treatment technology needs to be constantly optimized to meet the public demand. This paper will focus on the main components of domestic sewage, including pathogens, persistence organic pollutants, and heavy metal pollutants and emerging pollutants. At the same time, this paper will also introduce the corresponding treatment methods for different pollutants. Treatment methods will be divided into traditional and emerging technologies (except emerging pollutants, which have a short history of discovery) for comparison and evaluation. For emerging pollutants, this paper will separately introduce its detection methods, as well as treatment methods in the experimental stage.
