The genus Seddera Hochst. (Convolvulaceae) in Madagascar
[摘要] AnewMalagasyspeciesofConvolvulaceae,SedderamadagascariensisDeroinamp;Sebsebe,isdescribedfromthesubaridbioclimaticregion(MahafalyandAndroy).IthasbeenconfusedforalongtimewithEvolvulusalsinoides(L.)L.duetoitssimilarhabit,itisclearlydistinguishedfromtheotherendemicMalagasyspeciesS.repensHallierf.,byitsoftenasymmetricalleafbase,unilocularovaryincludedinthedisk,aswellasbyits1-seededcapsule.TheseunusualfeaturesinthegenusSedderaarebrieflydiscussed.
