A new species of Gymnema (Asclepiadaceae) from the Kollihills in Peninsular India

[摘要] AnewspeciesofAsclepiadaceae,GymnemakollimalayanumA.Ramachandranamp;M.B.Viswan.,sp.nov.isdescribedherefromtheKollihillsintheEasternGhatsofPeninsularIndia.ThisspeciesisalliedtoG.hirsutumWightamp;Arn.byhabit,woodystems,milkylatex,umbellatecymoseinflorescence,5-merousflowers,calyx,corolla,anthers,folliclesandcomoseseedsbutdiffersbysizeandshapeofleavesbeingellipticorelliptic-rotund,subtruncateatbase,abruptlyacuteatapex,longerpetioles,arrangementofflowers,longerpedicels,shapeandsizeofcalyx,corolla,largersizeoffollicles,seedsandcoma.
