[摘要] CytochalasinBinhibitsthepenetrationofspermnucleiintoUrechiseggswithoutinhibitingsperm-inducedeggactivation.Theacrosomereactionappearsnormal,andplasmamembranesoftheacrosomaltubuleandeggbecomecloselyapposed.Itisuncertainwhetherornotthedrugblocksfusionofthesemembranes;however,spermpenetrationconeformationisinhibited.
