[摘要] Antibodiespreparedagainstthetwohemoglobinsoftheadultchickcrossreactwiththetwominorhemoglobinsanddonotreactwiththetwomajorhemoglobinsisolatedfromlysatesofprimitiveerythroidcellsofthe4-day-oldembryo.Thedifferentimmunologicalreactivitiesofthetwoprimitivehemoglobinpairshavepermittedustodiscriminate,insmearsofprimitiveerythroidcells,twopopulationsonthebasisoftheirhemoglobincontents.
