[摘要] Themouseteratocarcinomacellline402AXisknowntoexpresssurfaceantigens[hereaftercalledteratoma-definedantigen(s)]sharedwithearlymouseembryosandsomeothermurinecelllines,asdetectedbyanabsorbedrabbitantiserum.Asgaugedbyimmunofluorescence,humanteratocarcinomacells(tera2)followingneuraminidasetreatmentdisplayantigen(s)cross-reactivewithmouseteratoma-definedantigens.Onthehumantumorcellstheteratoma-definedantigen(s)isdensitydependent,beingpresentonsubconfluentcultures,butabsentonconfluentcultures.Neuraminidase-treatedcontrolsubconfluenthumanfibroblastsarenonreactivewiththeantiserum.Serafromsomehumanpatientspresentingwithteratocarcinoma,absorbedonnormalmousetissuetoremovethenonspecifichetero-anti-speciesantibodies,showanti-mouseteratomareactivitybyimmunofluorescenceandmicrocytotoxicity.Serafromage-andsex-matchedindividualswithnonteratomatumorsarenonreactivewiththemouseteratomacells.Theantigenicdeterminant(s)detectedbythehumanteratomaseraco-capswithH-2antigensonthemousemastocytomalineP815,asdotherabbitantiserum-definedteratomaantigens.Thesedatasuggestthathumanandmouseteratomassharecommonantigens,andthattheseantigensmaybeintegrallyrelatedtothemajorhistocompatibilityantigensinbothspecies.
