[摘要] Hybridizationwith125I-rRNA2ofCsClfractionatedDNAextractedfromdifferentstagesofXenopuslaevisdevelopmentshowsthattheamplifiedrDNApresentintheoocytepersistsduringearlycleavage.Ourdatasuggestthatitisneitherreplicatednordegradedduringthisperiod.
