[摘要] PolecelltransplantationswereusedtodeterminethetissuespecificityofmaternaleffectsinDrosophila.Thedeeporangematernaleffectisshowntobegermlineautonomous.Acytoplasmicinjectionassaywasusedtodeterminewhenthedor+substancecouldbedetectedinthedevelopingoocyte.Thedor+substanceispresentduringtheearlystagesofvitellogenesisbutcouldnotbedetectedintheyolkoftheembryoafterblastodermcellularization.
