[摘要] ThelarvalovariesofthepaedogeneticgallmidgeHeteropezapygmaeacanbeculturedinvitrothroughoutovarydevelopment,follicleformation,andegggrowth.Time-lapsefilmsofoogenesisinvitrorevealtwokineticphenomena:(1)Alloocytesintheovarydisplayaswiftandcontinuouspulsatingmovement,bringingaboutaperiodicaldeformationoftheirnuclei.(2)Followingtheirformationintheovaries,thefolliclesstarttorotateslowlyandstoprotatingonlyshortlybeforeembryonicdevelopmentbegins.
