An acrasin-like attractant from yeast extract specific for Dictyostelium lacteum
[摘要] ThetransitionoftheunicellulartothemulticellularstageinDictyosteliumlacteumisnotmediatedbycyclicAMP.Theattractantforaggregativeamoebaeofthiscellularslimemoldspecieswasisolatedfromyeastextractandpurifiedmorethan1000-foldwithoutasignificantlossofactivity.SeveralcharacteristicsofthechemotacticmoleculespecificforD.lacteumarereported,andthepresenceofaninactivatingenzymehasbeendemonstrated.
