Patterns of polypeptide synthesis of porcine oocytes during maturation in vitro☆
[摘要] Changesinthepatternofpolypeptidesynthesisduringtheinvitromaturationoftheporcineoocytehavebeenstudiedbyhigh-resolution,two-dimensional,polyacrylamidegelelectrophoresis.Thefindingsrevealnotonlythatpigoocytesmatureinvitro,butalsothattheyareengagedinthesynthesisofacomplexpatternofpolypeptidesthroughoutmaturation.Theresultsalsodemonstratethepresenceofmolecularmarkers,theappearance,disappearance,andsignificantchangeinintensityofwhicharetemporallyrelatedwiththesequentialstagesofnuclearmeioticmaturation.Collectively,theevidenceindicatesthepresenceofadevelopmentalprogramduringoocytematuration.
