[摘要] MouseblastomeresexposedtocytochalasinB(CB)atsubsequentstagesofcytokinesisbecomesphericalwithin5–15min.Thischangeofformisprecededbyrapidconstrictionofthefurrowandbyshapechangesinthenonfurrowregionsuchasblebbing,surfaceexpansion,andformationofadditionalconstrictions.WhileroundingupofblastomeresiscompletedwithinafewminutesinCB,0.5hristheminimaldurationoftreatmentthatpreventsresumptionofcytokinesisafterremovalfromCB.
