[摘要] Cellsurfaceantigensofamultipotentialembryonalcarcinoma(EC)line,PCC4,havebeeninvestigated.AsdootherECcells,thesecellsexpresstheF9antigenbutnottheH-2orIaantigens.Inaddition,thesecellsexpressanotherantigencalledPCC4.ThisantigenispresentonthemultipotentialECcellstested,onspermatozoa,andontheinnercellmassofnewlyimplantedblastocyst.
