[摘要] TheexpressionofmurineThy-1alloantigeninbrainhomogenateswasdeterminedforC57Bl/6Jmicefrom1to32daysafterbirthusingcongenicantiserum.TheThy-1expressionwaslowuntilDay7andincreasedrapidlyreachingadultlevelsonthetwenty-thirdday.FetalbrainreaggregatedcultureswereexaminedtodemonstrateaninvitrocorrelationwiththedevelopmentalappearanceofThy-1.AprogressiveincreaseofThy-1inthereaggregatedbraincellculturesoccurredfromDays4to84ofculture.ThetemporaloccurrenceofThy-1developmentcorrelateswithsynaptogenesisandmayplayanimportantroleinsynapseformation.
