[摘要] Thedevelopmentalcourseoftyrosyltubulinligaseactivityhasbeenmeasuredinthreetissuesoftheembryonicchick:skeletalmuscle;wholebrain;andliver.Thereisasharppeakinenzymeactivityinmuscleatday13whenmyotubeformationisproceedingrapidly.Inbrain,highactivitiesaremaintainedoveraprolongedperiod.Liverhasrelativelylittleactivitywhichdecreasessteadilyovertheentiredevelopmentalperiodthatwasexamined.Thepossiblerelationshipbetweenhighlevelsoftyrosyltubulinligaseactivityandmorphologicalchangesdependentuponmicrotubuleformationisdiscussed.
