[摘要] WehaveinducedteratocarcinomasinC3HHestrainmicebyextra-uterinetransplantationofeggcylinderstageembryos.Embryonalcarcinomacelllineswithmalekaryotypeswereisolatedfromthreedifferenttumorlines.Oneofthecelllineshasanormalkaryotype.TheYchromosomeineachoftwolinestestedreplicateslateduringtheSphaseofthecellcycleatthesametimeasYchromosomesinmalesomaticcells.
