[摘要] Mesenchymecellsfromthelimbbudsofquailembryosatstages20–21weretreatedwithvariouslectinstostudytheroleofcellaggregationoncartilagedifferentiation.WhencellswereculturedinasuccinylConAmedium(50μg/ml)for24hr,theyformedseveraltimesmorecartilagenodulesthancontrolcultures.Thisstudyshowsthatthelectinenhancestheprocessofcartilagenoduleformationofmesenchymecells.
