[摘要] Micehomozygousforlethaldeletionsaroundthealbino(c)locusaredeficientforseveralliver-specificenzymes,includingtyrosineaminotransferase(TAT).Thestructuralgenecodingforthisenzymeappearstobeintactinthesemutantsandcanbe“activated”inhomozygousmutantmouseliver-rathepatomacellhybrids.ThepresentstudydemonstratesthatthemouseformofTATcanalsobeinducedinbothnormalandmutantmouseskin-rathepatomacellhybrids.Thus,aliver-specificenzymeisexpressedinskincells,bothnormalandmutant,thenormaldifferentiatedstateofwhichexcludesTATexpression.
