[摘要] Fourmainmolecularformsofacetylcholinesterase(AChE)canbesolubilizedfromnewbornratsuperiorcervicalganglia(SCG),homogenizedinthepresenceofahigh-ionic-strength,detergent-containingmedium.Theseforms,respectivelyreferredtoas16,10,6.5,and4S,arecharacterizedbytheirsedimentationcoefficients.TheirrelativeproportionsinSCGarenotablydifferentinvivoduringpostnatalmaturation,andinculture.The16-SAChEappearstobemainlyneuronalinorigin,ismaintainedincultureindependentlyoforiginalpresynapticinvivoelements,anditscellularpoolisnotdepletedinthepresenceoftetrodotoxin(TTX).
