[摘要] SensoryaxonsenteringtheCNSfromlargecampaniformsensillaonthenormal,mesothoracicwingsoffour-wingedfliesofthegenotypebx3pbxUbx130followthesametwotractsasdothecorrespondingaxonsinwild-typeflies.However,theyproducemorebranchesalongtheventromedialtract(includingsomeinthemesothoracicneuromere),morefiberscrossingthemidlineinthemetathorax,andseveralothermodificationsofthewild-typepattern.Nomorphologicaldifferencesbetweenthereceptorsinnormalandmutantfliescouldbedetected,evenwiththeSEM.Theextrabranchingandotheralteredcharacteristicsarepresentinbithoraxflieswhicharealsogeneticallywinglessanddonotformthehomeoticappendages,sotheyappeartobeduetothebx3pbxUbx130orbx3Ubx130genotypeandnottosomeeffectoftheaxonsfromthehomeoticwings.
