[摘要] Acontinuouscelllinewasestablishedfromanexperimentallyinducedratyolksaccarcinoma.Intheearlypassagesbothvisceralandparietalyolksaccarcinomawerepresent(designatedL1).Whenthecelllinewasreestablishedincultureafterserialtransplantationsinrats,onlyparietalyolksaccarcinomacouldbeidentified(designatedL2).Thiscelllineexpressesparietalyolksacendodermcharacteristicsinthatitsynthesizesbasementmembranecomponents,inparticular,laminin,butalsoentactin,collagenIV,andheparansulfateproteoglycan.Inaddition,anoncartilagechondrotinsulfateproteoglycanissynthesized.ThisratyolksaccarcinomacelllineL2willbeavaluablemodelforthestudyofbasementmembranecomponents.
