[摘要] Serumlipoproteinsofthebullfrog,Ranacatesbeiana,werestudiedduringmetamorphosis.Adultbullfroghasessentiallyonelipoprotein,designatedβ-lipoprotein.Thisβ-lipoproteinmigratesduringelectrophoresistoβ-globulinregionandithasalowhydrateddensitysuchthatitexhibitsfloatationinasolventofdensity1.063.Ontheotherhand,tadpoleserumhasonemorelipoprotein,designatedasα-lipoprotein,inadditiontotheβ-lipoprotein.Theα-lipoproteinmigratestotheα-globulinregioninzoneelectrophoresisandcorrespondstothesocalledhighdensitylipoproteinjudgingfromultracentrifugalbehavior.Serumα-lipoproteindisappearsandβ-lipoproteincontentdecreasesduringmetamorphosis.
