[摘要] Thesteadystatelevelsofintermediarymetabolitesweremeasuredinfreezeclamped,developing,dormant,andactivatedinfectiveAscarislumbricoideseggs.The[ATP][ADP]ratioislowinthedevelopmentalstagesandrisessharplyinthedormantegg;onactivationofthedormanteggthe[ATP][ADP]ratiofalls.Thelevelsofthephosphorylatedglycolyticintermediatesofacetyl-CoAandofisocitratedonotchangemarkedlyduringdevelopment,butthelevelsoflactate,citrate,2-oxoglutarate,glutamate,succinate,andmalateallshowsignificantchangesinthedeveloping,dormant,andactivatedegg.Thedormanteggalsoappearstobecharacterizedbyalowcytoplasmicredoxpotential.
