[摘要] Mitoticactivityintheneuraltubewasexaminedin+/+,T+andTTmouseembryos.Thenumberofmitoticfiguresperunitareaofependymallayer(areaindex)washigherinT+embryosthanin+/+embryos.In+/+embryos,areaindexwashigherinthedorsalpartoftheneuraltubethanintheventralpart,whereasthispatternisdisorderedinT+embryos.InTTembryos,thesevaluesfluctuate.TheprocessofnuclearmigrationaccompanyingcelldivisionseemstobenormalintheneuraltubeofT+andTTembryos.
