[摘要] Theadhesivespecificityofembryonicseaurchincellsfromtwospecies,andthetwohybridcrossesbetweenthesespecieswasexaminedbyacell-aggregatecollectionassay.CellsofnormalLytechinusorTripneustesembryoswerefoundtoadheretohomospecificcellaggregatesatamuchhigherratethantheywouldadheretoheterospecificaggregates.Hybridcellsadheredtocollectingaggregatesatanintermediaterate.Theobservedpatternofhybridcelladhesionsuggestedthatpaternalgeneproductsarecapableofmodifyingcellsurfaceadhesivesitesasearlyasthemesenchymeblastulastage.
