Qualitative patterns of protein synthesis in the preimplantation mouse embryo: II. During release from facultative delayed implantation☆
[摘要] Qualitativepatternsofnewlysynthesizedproteinwereexaminedinmouseembryosreleasedfromfacultativedelayedimplantationeitherbyremovalfromtheuteruswithsubsequentcultureinvitro,orbytheadministrationofprogesteroneandestradiol17β(invivo)totheovariectomizedmother.Itwasfoundthatthequalitativepatternofproteinsynthesisduringthefirst25hrfollowingreleasefromdelayisthesameasthepatternobtainedfromnormalblastocystsimmediatelypriortoimplantation.Theseresultsarediscussedinrelationtopossiblemechanismsofactivationofdelayedblastocysts.
