[摘要] Whenrabbitsareinjectedwithparticulatefractionsofcerebellumfrom4-day-oldC57BL6Jmice,anantiserumisproducedthatiscytotoxicforsingle-cellsuspensionsfromcerebellum.Afterseveralabsorptionswithnonnervoussystem-derivedtissues(liver,spleen,kidney,thymocytes)thisheterologousantiserumreactsonlywithtissuefromthedevelopingandadultnervoussystemandspermfromvasdeferensandepididymis.Thisantigenorsetofantigensispresentinneuroectodermallyderivedtissuesatallagestested:12-day-oldembryosand12-month-oldadultsbeingtheearliestandlateststages,respectively.Theantigenisexpressednotonlyoncerebellumbutalsoonallpartsofthenormalcentralnervoussystemtestedincludingretina.ItisdemonstrableonamurinemedulloepitheliomaandtoalesserdegreeonglioblastomaandependymoblastomabutnotongliomaG26,ependymoblastomaEPAandneuroblastomaC1300.Theantigenisfoundinallmousestrainstested(C57BL6J,ICR,BALBcJ,AJand(C57BL6J×C3HHeJ)F1hybrid)andinrat.
