[摘要] Duringtheirdifferentiation,thefollicularepithelialcellsofthesilkmoth,Antheraeapolyphemus,producetheextracellularproteinaceouseggshellorchorion.Choriogenesisentailscontinuouschangesincell-specificproteinsynthesis;thevariouschorionproteinsaresynthesizedwithdistinctkinetics.Onthebasisofproteinsyntheticprofiles,17stagesofchoriogenesisaredefined.Theaveragedurationofthestagesis3.0hr,andthuschoriogenesislastsatotalofapproximately51hr.Thisprogramofproteinsyntheticchangesisautonomous;i.e.,itisimplementedwithnormalkineticsbyfolliclesculturedinisolationinadefinedtissueculturemedium.
