La ptéryle spinale de l'embryon de Poulet: territoire présomptif, arrangement et développement embryonnaire☆
[摘要] Thespinalpterylaofthe11-to12-daychickembryo(stage36H.H.)hasbeendescribed.Themapoftheprospectiveareasofthespinalpterylawasoutlinedthroughtheuse,between2and3days'incubation(7–33pairsofsomites),oflocalizedX-irradiation,andcarbonparticlesmarking.Arelationshipbetweeninitialaxialorpara-axialfeathersandthesomiteshasbeenestablished.Owingtothenonuniformaxialgrowth,theskinisshiftedtowardthecaudalend,withrespecttotheunderlyingtissues.Thisshiftingisparticularlylargeintheanteriorcervicalandlumbo-sacro-caudalregions.Thespinalpterylaisnotmetamerized.Thenumberofinitialfeathersformingineachregiondependsontherelativeaxialgrowththateachofthemundergoesbetweenthestagewhenitssomitesindividualizeand11–12days'incubation.Thegreatertheelongation,thehigheristhenumberoffeathersformedineachsegment:2.3initialfeathersintheanteriorcervicalregionandoneonlyinthelumbar,sacralandcaudalregions.Thetightcorrespondencebetweentheinitialfeathersandthevertebraeinthethreelatterregionsisprobablyfortuitous.Itisarguedthatthedeterminantfactorsfortheestablishmentofthefeatherpatternarelocatedwithintheskinitself.
