Qualitative changes in the basic protein fraction of developing embryos☆
[摘要] AcrylamidegelelectrophoreticstudieswerecarriedoutonbasicproteinextractsofdevelopmentalstagesofthefrogRanapipiens,thesalamanderAmbystomapunctatum,andtheseaurchinArbaciapunctulata.Qualitativechangesweredetectedinearlycleavageandduringgastrulationinallthreespecies.Exogastrulationexperimentsindicatethatthoseproteinsappearingduringnormalgastrulationareabsentinexogastrulae.Theresultsarediscussedinrelationtothefindingsofpreviousinvestigators.
