[摘要] Atechniqueisdescribedforisolatingthethreecomponentcell-typesthatmakeuptheovarianfollicleofthegiantsilkmoth,Antheraeapolyphemus.Thesyntheticproductsofoneofthesecelltypes,thehighlypolyploidnursecells,wereexaminedindetailbydensitygradientcentrifugation.Oneimportantsyntheticproductislargequantitiesofribosomalribonucleoprotein,whichaccumulateinthenursecellcytoplasmasinactivemonosomesthataresubsequentlytransportedtothecytoplasmofthedevelopingoocyte.
