Etude histochimique des mucopolysaccharides de l'oviducte et des gangues muqueuses des ovocytes de Rana pipiens: Incorporation du 35SO42−

[摘要] Thequantitativedistributionofmucopolysaccharidesintheoviductandthejelly-coatoftheovocyteofR.pipienswasstudiedbymeansofhistochemicalaswellashistoautoradiographictechniques(35SO42−incorporation).Itwasfoundthatthe“proximalzone”oftheoviductandthefirstlayerofthejelly-coatoftheegg,werecharacterizedbypreponderanceofsulfomucin.Sulfomucindecreasedconsiderablyinthe“medialzone”oftheoviductaswellasinthesecondlayeroftheeggjelly-coat,whereacidmucopolysaccharidesofthecarboxylictypeprevail.Boththe“distalzone”oftheoviductandthethirdlayerofthejelly-coatoftheeggrevealedthepresenceofacidmucopolysaccharidesofcarboxylictype.Butwhiletheformershowedlittlesulfomucinwitheithertechniques,thelatter,althoughnegativeforsulfomucinswiththehistochemicalstains,revealeditspresenceinsmallquantitybytheautoradiographictechniques.Generally,thenatureofthemucopolysaccharidesprevailinginthethreeregionsoftheoviducthasitscounterpartinthethreelayersofthejelly-coatoftheovocyte.Certainaspectsofthesignificanceofthedifferentjelly-coatsarediscussedhere.
