[摘要] Supernatantsolutionsobtainedfromchickembryoopticlobeculturescontainmacromolecularcomponentswhichspecificallyinteractwithcellsobtainedfromneuralretinainawaywhichreflectstheinvivopatternofinnervationofthetectumbyretinalaxons.[14C]Glucosamine-labeledsupernatantswerepreparedfromeitherdorsalandventraloranteriorandposterioroptic-lobehalvesandtestedfortheirabilitytobindtoandinhibitcapformationofConcanavalinAreceptorsoncellspreparedfromdorsal,ventral,nasal,ortemporalretinaquadrants.Inallcases,preferentialbindingandinhibitionofcapformationcanbecorrelatedwiththepatternofinnervationoftheopticlobesbyretinalfibers.
