[摘要] AmorphologicalstudyoftheembryoofDrosophilahasrevealedthatcytoplasmicconnectionspersistbetweentheembryoniccellsandtheprimitiveyolksacduringearlygastrulation.Abandofmicrofilamentsispresentadjacenttotheplasmamembraneintheconnectionsandintheyolksacareabetweentheconnections.Possiblerolesthesestructuresmayplayarediscussed.
