[摘要] EnzymemarkertechniquesallowtheidentificationofthegenotypeofinternaltissuesinDrosophilageneticmosaics.Thesemethodswereusedtoderivefatemapsforthenervoussystemandseveralotherinternalorgans.Thefatemapswerecomparedtoothercelllineagestudiesandtothefatemappingresultsonneurologicalmutants.Themosaicdataforthenervoussystemalsoindicatethatonlyafewblastodermcells(3–10)giverisetoeachmajorganglion.
