[摘要] CellsofseaurchinhatchingblastulaeandgastrulaewhenreaggregatedtogetherdonotinfluenceeachotherwithrespecttotherateofrRNAsynthesis.ExtractsfromunfertilizedeggsandembryosinhibitedrRNAsynthesisbygastrulae.However,theinhibitionwasequallystrongwithextractsfromstagesthathavealowrateofrRNAsynthesis(eggs,cleavageembryos)aswithextractsfromstagesthathaveahighrateofrRNAsynthesis(oocytes,gastrulae).SynthesisofppGppisnotdetectedatanyoftheinvestigateddevelopmentalstages.
