Synthesis of LDH-1 during mammalian oogensis and early development☆
[摘要] ThesynthesisofLDH-1duringmouseoogenesisandpreimplantationdevelopmenthasbeenstudiedbyimmunoprecipitationofradioactivelylabeledproteins.TherelativerateofLDH-1synthesisincreasesfrom3.86to5.07%oftotaloocyteproteinastheoocyteenlarges.Thisrelativerateofsynthesisdecreasessharplyafterovulationandis0.2%orlessoftotalproteinsynthesisbytheendofthepreimplantationperiod.OvulationorarelatedeventappearstobethesignalforthedecreaseinLDH-1synthesis,andfertilizationisnotrequired.
