[摘要] Proteinaseactivitiesofeggsandcellsofthecumulusoophorousofthegoldenhamsterwereinvestigatedwithhighlysensitivefluorogenicamidesubstrates.EggscontainaneutralendopeptidasewhichhydrolyzedSuc-Ala-Ala-Phe-7-amino-4-methylcoumarinamidebetweentheAlaandthePheresidues.EndopeptidaseactiononthissubstrateresultedintheaccumulationofPhe-7-amino-4-methylcoumarinamidewhichwasmonitoredbytlcidentification.Hamstereggsalsocontainedaminopeptidaseandelastase-likeactivitiesbutnodetectabletrypsin-likeactivity.Aminopeptidase,endopeptidase,trypsin-like,andelastase-likeactivitiesweredetectedincumuluscells.
