[摘要] Atemperature-sensitivemutantstrain(shibire)hasbeenusedtoprobethenormaldevelopmentalprocessinDrosophilamelanogaster.Athightemperatureslethalityoccursduringembryonicdevelopment.Heatpulsesgivenearlydisruptcellularblastodermformationinthesemutants.Evenintheabsenceofcells,theembryobeginsmorphogeneticmovementscharacteristicofgastrulation.Withheatpulsesgivenlater,theembryoniccellsproliferatewithoutnormaldifferentiation.
