[摘要] FollowingactivationofDrosophilaoocytes,acidphosphatase-positivemultivesicularbodies(MVB)rapidlyforminthecortex.Fromobservationsofeggsduringthefirstfewminutesofactivation,MVBsarethoughttoformfrominvaginationsoftheoolemma.Sincethereisnoevidenceforturnoverofvitellogeninreceptorsatearliertimes,itispostulatedthatthesereceptorsaresynchronouslyremovedatactivation.
