[摘要] AcytoplasmiccAMP-bindingproteinfromDictyosteliumdiscoideumwaspurifiedabout1200-fold.ThebindingproteinisrelativelyspecificforcAMP,butalsobindssomeotheradeninederivatives;ithasamolecularweightofapproximately185,000andanapparentKDof1μMcAMP.ThehighestlevelofcytoplasmiccAMP-bindingactivityisfoundinamoebaewhichhavebeenstarvedfor0–2hr.AmoebalextractscontaininhibitorsofcAMPbindingwhichareremovedbychromatographythroughSephacrylS200.
