[摘要] ThefirstregenerationsequenceafterfoldingofrightfragmentsofStylonychiamytilusresultsinformationofmirror-imagedincompletedoubletsillustratingindependentdeterminationofpolarandlateralaxes.Analysisofthesecondmorphogeneticsequenceillustratesthattheindependentdeterminationofpolarandlateralaxesisstablethroughasubsequentcellularreorganizationandconfirmsthatcytogeometryparticipatesindeterminationofciliarypattern.Themorphogeneticinversionofcirralrowprimordiainthistypeoffragmentisreflectedinthestructureoftheindividualcirri.Thesedatanotonlyextendandconfirmourearlierstudyonthistypeoffragment,butalsoareconsistentwiththeconclusionderivedfromdataonadifferenttypeofmirror-imageddoublet,thatglobalpatterningandassemblyofciliatureareindependentlydetermined.
