Evidence for the cell surface expression of intracisternal A particle-associated antigens during early mouse development☆
[摘要] ThecellsurfaceexpressionofantigensdetectedbyanantiserumtointracisternalAparticles(IAP)wasinvestigatedusingcytotoxicity,immunohistochemical,andimmunoradiolabelingassays.IAPantigen(s)appearfirstonzygotes,showpeakexpressionontwo-toeight-cellembryos,andarenotdetectableonmorulae,blastocysts,orinnercellmass.Thisisthefirstreportofviralantigenexpressiononthecellsurfaceduringearlymammaliandevelopment.
