Two-dimensional gel patterns of protein species during development of Drosophila embryos☆
[摘要] ChangesinthepatternofeggproteinsofDrosophilamelanogasterduringtheprocessofembryogenesiswereinvestigatedbyhigh-resolution,two-dimensionalpolyacrylamidegelelectrophoresis.Weobservedsignificantchangesofeggproteinsduringembryogenesis.Threemajorclasseswereobserved.ClassIincludesmostproteins;thesewerefoundcontinuouslythroughoutembryogenesis.ClassIIproteinsappearedatcertaintimesduringembryogenesisandcontinuedtobepresentinyounglarvae,ortheywerepresentintheovary,disappearedonce,andreappearedatlatertimes.ClassIIIproteinswerefoundatlimitedtimesduringembryogenesis.Theappearanceanddisappearanceoftheseproteins,whichappeartobetemporallyrelatedtodevelopmentalstages,shouldmakethemusefulmolecularmarkersfortheanalysisofembryogenesis.
